As part of our effort to see not only our church but churches everywhere “growing young,” we invest in empowering young leaders into church ministry. Our internship program is designed to develop character and competency for leadership in a local church. We provide productive experience in a healthy culture to send you equipped for ministry wherever the Lord plants you, as you discern your role in God’s kingdom work.

Summer Internships | Learning and Discerning
We offer 10 week paid part-time summer internships to college-age people seeking vocational discernment and ministry experience in a fun and formative learning community. Interns may work in kids ministry, student ministry, or worship arts ministry while moving through a structured development program and staff mentoring.
All internship positions have been filled for 2026, information and applications for 2027 internships will be posted at the end of the year.
