Looking for a practical way to grow physically, spiritually, and relationally? Beginning September 27, Brad Hall will lead a weekly Self-Defense & Discipleship class on Saturdays from 10-11:30am in the Student Building. Each session includes self-defense instruction, which includes exercise tailored to your ability level, and time for accountability and encouragement.

Open to men 13 and older (younger boys may participate with a parent or guardian).
